You may be asking rhetorically however I couldn't resist commenting .. As a fellow creative director recently at a similar juncture I found separating my creativity entirely from personal matters was the only way to get results in both. Yes they are the opposite sides of the same coin, but you can only look at them singerly.
Yeah, I'm doing all I can to embrace time with my kid while he still lets me. I know time is coming where he will have other interests beyond his old man.
